Whiskey Ranch Tools LLC offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to return your item.

Items returned without prior return authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and, when possible, photos of the packaging and the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item after it has been approved and then place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
