The M18 FUEL 3/8" Compact Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring is the most compact in its class, giving users the most access in tight spaces, up to 250 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque, and maximum workspace visibility. This battery-powered impact wrench is only 4.8" long, and its POWERSTATE Brushless motor has the power to remove stubborn fasteners, even in confined spaces. Tri-LEDs surround the anvil of the 3/8" Compact Impact Wrench for brighter light with fewer shadows. 4-Mode DRIVE CONTROL adds precision with a range of pre-set RPM and IPM levels, selected from a single button on the tool. In Mode 4, AUTO SHUT-OFF control applies no more than 20 ft-lbs of torque for hand-tight fastening applications to prevent overtightening. Mode 4 also has Bolt Removal Control, which gives full torque output and then lowers RPMs once the bolt is loosened to prevent fastener drops. REDLINK PLUS Intelligence electronics make these controls possible while ensuring maximum performance and protecting the tool against overloads, over-heating, and over-discharge. The included M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 Extended Capacity Resistant Battery Packs add protection against oils, greases, and solvents.
