Their polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tips give up to 75X the life of a traditional Carbide tipped blade. An anti-friction coating keeps the blade cool during cuts and resists corrosion & gumming. Laser cutting technology forms the blade from 100% sheet steel for a stable blade that improves cutting accuracy. 10 in. blades are ring tensioned for added stability. Laser cut vibration slots minimize wobble and warping during use. A thin Kerf design gives faster cuts and more cuts per charge on cordless tools.
